Day 1

Colombo to Beijing

Arrive at the Bandaranayake International Airport at 18.00pm. Proceed to flight check-in counter 20:10

Arrival at Beijing International Airport – 07.00am (9th FEB 2016)

After completion immigration work,wash , toilet Beijing airport, Morning time will be spent at touring typical Beijing city.

Beijing alle (Hutong) with rickshaw, Lunch.

After lunch check in to hotel and rest and go out again for dinner. Standard check time for hotel 14:00 hours.

There are many Siheyuan,which are the living quarters of ordinary Beijingers.


Hutong with Rickshaw

A Hutong rickshaw tour of Beijing is a unique cultural experience that allows you to take a glance at the city’s traditional local life. Beijing’s famous Hutongs or alleyways, are unique housing structures that have been home to Beijing’s families for centuries. A “Hutong” is an ancient city alley or lane typically lined with Siheyuan (the traditional residential areas of the people of Beijing, also known as Beijing Quadrangle). In fact, many families have lived in a single Hutong for hundreds of years, and thus have formed the core of Beijing’s local customs and culture.

Check in to rest and go out again for dinner at local restaurant.

Pick up from your Beijing hotel at 07.30am.

Tian’ anmen Square

Tiananmen Square is a large city square in the centre of Beijing, China, named after the Tiananmen gate (Gate of Heavenly Peace) located to its North, separating it from the Forbidden City. The square contains the monuments to the heroes of the revolution, the great hall of people, the National Museum of China, and the Chairman Mao Zedong Memorial Hall (with Mao’s embalmed body). Tiananmen Square is within the top five largest city squares in the world (440,500 m2 – 880×500 m or 109 acres – 960×550 yd). It has great cultural significance as it was the site of several important events in Chinese history.People all over china dream of having the chance to one day visit the capital city and its famous square.



Forbidden City

The Forbidden City was the Chinese imperial palace from the Ming dynasty to the end of the Qing dynasty, the years 1420 to 1912, It served as the home of emperors and their households as well as the ceremonial and political centre of Chinese government for almost 500 years.The last dynasty collapsed during 1911revolution,but the last emperor Puyi continued to live in the Inner Palace until 1924.Constructed from 1406 to 1420, the complex consists of 980 buildings and covers 72 ha (180 acres).The palace complex exemplifies traditional Chinese palatial architecture, and has influenced cultural and architectural developments in East Asia and elsewhere. The Forbidden City was declared a World Heritage Site in 1987, and is listed by UNESCO as the largest collection of preserved ancient wooden structures in the world.

Summer palace

lies more than 10km on the northwest outskirts of being,it’s up to now the best preserved and largest imperial gardens in china. The painting walkway, is one of the most important structures in the summer palace,also the longest walkway in the chinese gardens,about 728 meters long,with 14,000 traditional Chinese paintings. The painting walkway leads to the marble boat and,a symbol to the stability of the Qing government.



Pearl Factory

The market is famous for its three floors of dealers selling pearl strands from around the world and is the largest pearl market in the country, where you’ll find freshwater and salt water items in nearly every shape, size, and color and price point imaginable.

Thereafter continue your drive to a local restaurant at Beijing in time for dinner. Dinner is served from 19.00 pm to 20.00pm

Day 3

Pick up from your Beijing hotel at 07.30am to 08.30am. Breakfast at Hotel, in the day we will visit Cloisonne Factory, Grate wall and Olympic Park then back to Beijing and visit Jade factory. Dinner at Jade factory restaurant.

Cloisonne Factory

Cloisonné is an ancient technique for decorating metalwork objects, in recent centuries using vitreous enamel, and in older periods also inlays of cut gemstones, glass, and other materials. Three styles of cloisonné are most often seen: concave, convex, and flat. The finishing method determines this final appearance. With concave cloisonné the cloisons are not completely filled. All the products are beautiful and elegant in molding, brilliant and dazzling in colors and splendid and graceful in design. It is a famous local handicraft in the Beijing region.



Grate wall

The Greatwall “if you haven’t climbed the Greatwall,you haven’t seen China.”Many of your friends who visited China before might have told you this. Itis indeed an experience of lifetime. The Greatwall starts from Shanhaiguan Pass,a seaport along the coast of Bohai Bay in the east,to Jiayuguan Pass in Gansu Province in the west,covering 16 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in china. It’s more than 6000km long.

Olympic Park

The Olympic park constructed for 2008 summer Olympic, it consist National stadium(Bird’s Nest), Aquatics center, Indoor stadium, speed skating oval, convention center, Hockey field, Archery field and Tennis center, In here you can take photos in front of the Bird’s Nest and other pleases.

Jade factory

The carved jade objects found in the Neolithic period graves in China are the earliest indication of Jade history, In here you can learn how to tell real jade from fake(marble of plastic) jade. Real Jade is milky and fake jade is clear, Jade comes in dark and light greens, brown, yellow and whites which is from Beijing. You can buy Jade products as cheapest price.

Pick up from your Beijing hotel at 07.30am.

Heaven Temple

In the fourth day tour will start from Heaven Temple: the temple was built in 1420,about 273hectares.Emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties visited the heaven temple to worship heaven and pray for an abundant harvest. Traditional, this temple was for imperial use only,today it’s a public park,you can see many retired people to dance,sing,play Chinese card in the park.

After visiting Heaven temple Giant Panda tour features the BeijingZoo located in the Xicheng District of Beijing.




Panda :normally weighs up to140kg and 4.5 feet long with a 5 inch long tail.the giant panda is one of the rarest animals in the world,and it’s considered as one of the china ‘s national treasures.

After visiting Zoo you can see silk factory and you can make your own shopping at silk market.

Thereafter continue your drive to a local restaurant at Beijing in time for dinner. Dinner is served from 19.00 pm to 20.00pm. Overnight accommodation at your hotel in Beijing.

Day 5

Breakfast is served from 7.00am at the hotel, Spend the rest of the day at leisure until time of departure.

Hotel check out is at (9.00am) and proceed to airport.
